Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on shipping destination and if you choose express or standard shipping. We currently offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders $99 and over within Australia. This promotion will be added automatically at checkout.

Shipping Method

We offer two options for shipping: Standard or Express.
All orders are sent with Australia Post and will receive tracking details.
Once your order is received by Australia Post, Valkyrja Activewear cannot be held responsible for the speed and accuracy of delivery.

Processing and Handling Times

Unless stated otherwise in the product listing, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, packed and posted - This does not include transit times.
By placing an order with Valkyrja Activewear you have acknowledged this information and understand the timeframes involved.

Shipping or Delivery Issues

Once your order is received by Australia Post, Valkyrja Activewear cannot be held responsible for the speed and accuracy of delivery. If you have any issues please contact Australia Post directly on 13 76 78.

If your order is returned to us because you were unable to collect it from an Australian Post depot or mail center within the required timeframes, or your entered an incorrect delivery address at checkout: you will need to pay for the parcel to be redelivered. 

Combining Orders

If you have placed multiple orders and would like to combine them to save on postage please contact us ASAP! We are more than happy to combine your orders and refund any shipping charges where applicable.

Please be aware that this must be done prior to any tracking information being sent out - once this is done unfortunately it will be too late to combine orders.

International Postage
