I've Changed My Mind

Wrong size? That's all good - these things happen,

In accordance with the ACCC's guidelines, Valkyrja Activewear is unable to offer refunds for change of mind purchases. So please take the time to read product descriptions and refer to our sizing guide before making a purchase.

We can, however offer you a store credit or exchange for an item of the same value once the item has been returned.

Your items can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of your delivery date.

All products returned need to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached.

For health and safety reasons products such as socks, underwear, facemasks and drink bottles are not able to be returned.


Help - My Item is Faulty or Damaged!

In accordance with the ACCCs consumer guarantees on products Valkyrja Activewear will offer a refund or replacement on any product you receive that is found to be faulty.

Please contact us at hello@valkyrjaactivewear.com with your order number along with photos of the faulty/damage so that we can rectify the situation - do not discard the product as it may need to be returned to us for quality control and inspection.


How do I Lodge a Return?

Simply email us at hello@valkyriaactivewear.com with the following information:

  • Order Number - this can be found at the top of your confirmation email
  • Reason for lodging a return

From here you will be contacted by our team and once your return has been lodged you will receive a shipping label from Australia Post.

 

When Will My Exchange or Store Credit be Sent?

Your replacement item, refund or store credit will be issued once your returning product has been received by us.


Can I Return a Gift Card?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
